Deputy Mayor Launches Irish Language Bursary Programme

A 2024 Gaeltacht Bursary scheme for young people living in the Borough is now open for applications. This scheme, launched by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, will award 10 bursaries of £250 each to support young people attending Gaeltacht colleges operating over 2024. This programme will be funded by the office of Deputy Mayor, Councillor Rosie Kinnear.
