You said… we did…

We recently consulted with you on our proposed leisure pricing and there were a few trends that we noticed in your feedback.

In response to your comments we have adjusted our leisure pricing.

Here are a few of the changes we have made.

You were concerned that we were increasing the price of the over 50’s classes.

  • The prices for the over 50s classes will remain the same and not be increasing in the new pricing structure.

You thought that £39 per month was too expensive for a lower income family.

  • In response, we have introduced a concession family membership at £29 per month, which will be based on meeting certain criteria.

You felt that there were not enough activities on in the centres for teenagers.

  • We regularly review the class and activity programme for each of the leisure centres. This age group will be the main focal point in our next review.

You weren’t happy with the price increase for the Crumlin Leisure Centre adult membership.

  • We are keeping the price in line with the other leisure centres, however we will be reviewing the class and course programme to improve the package for those who use Crumlin Leisure Centre.
