'Reportall’ allows residents to do their bit for the community by letting the Council know about problems they encounter in their daily lives such as litter, graffiti, dog fouling and fly tipping as well as anti-social behaviour. If the incident reported is outside the remit of the Council, the fault or problem will be re-assigned to the public body responsible.

Can I Make Anonymous Reports?
Yes. You do not need to give any details if you do not wish to. However, you will not be able to receive updates on the progress of your report.
Can I Get Feedback on the Problem?
Yes. When reporting the problem you can submit your email address and we can let you know the progress of your report. You can also register as a user on www.ReportAll.org and see the progress of your report online.
What Happens When I Make A Report
Depending on the nature of your report (graffiti, pothole, broken streetlight) it will be sent to the relevant government authority responsible for that service area. This saves you any hassle working out which body is responsible for what service. Any reports that Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council are responsible for will be directed to our Environment Services business support team who will check the report and action it. Once actioned, the report will be updated and feedback issued if requested.
Please be aware that Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is not responsible for areas such as road repairs, flooding, street lighting. These reports will be sent to Transport NI (formerly Roads Service).
