‘Start to Grow’ at LEAN Network Event

Co-founder of Northern Ireland’s largest multi award winning on-site shredding company ShredBank, Philip will speak on the topic of “Start to Grow” and what it takes to grow a successful business.  

 

The LEAN Network (Linking Entrepreneurs in Antrim and Newtownabbey) will host their next event on Wednesday 18th November at 6pm at The Old Courthouse, Antrim. Co-founder of Northern Ireland’s largest multi award winning on-site shredding company ShredBank, Philip will speak on the topic of “Start to Grow” and what it takes to grow a successful business. 

Philip will explore a number of topics such as changing the mind-set, selling techniques for success, getting the right people and marketing on a zero budget.

Philip set up ShredBank in 2007 with his friend and business partner James Carson. It grew rapidly despite the recession and became the largest on-site shredding company in Northern Ireland.   Winning twelve awards and recently becoming Investors in People Gold Organisation, ShredBank is a local company that has become a world class organisation.  

Having been involved in growing and developing six start-up companies, Philip himself has won many awards including the Business Leader of Tomorrow Award in 2002, Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010, Young Businessperson in 2011 and the Nectar Business Award in 2012.
