The Council has teamed up with 28 traders in Antrim town to offer residents and visitors a chance to indulge in some retail therapy with a difference!

The Little Book of Vouchers has been circulated to households in the Antrim area from 18 September.  The vouchers will be valid for shopping from 1 October so make sure you keep your voucher booklet handy on your next shopping trip.

There are many discounts to be enjoyed on a wide range of goods and services including fashion, beauty treatments, dining out and home wear.  One of the local businesses who have benefited from the scheme is Taylor and Toal Opticians in High Street, Antrim.  Gary Toal explains, “We have been involved in the voucher booklet a number of times now and see it as a fantastic opportunity of promoting local businesses within the Borough”.

The Mayor, Councillor Paul Hamill commented: “The vouchers do not expire until the end of December so make sure you visit the town to support our local shops.  You will be able to pick up a bargain for yourself or a gift for someone else”.
