PCSP Condems criminal damage to local homes

Chairperson of Antrim and Newtownabbey Policing and Community Safety Partnership, Councillor Neil Kelly said, “No-one deserves to have the windows of their home broken and I condemn the action of those responsible, on this occasion the properties were damaged but someone could have been seriously injured”.
The incident relates to the Portlee Walk area of the Parkhall Estate involving two properties where windows were smashed between 11:15pm on Monday 2nd Oct and 00:30pm on Tuesday 3rd October.
Councillor Kelly continued, “I am greatly concerned that this incident appears to have been racially motivated and this is unacceptable as all members of our community have a role to play in society.
