Borough Life doorsteps next week

10 March 2017

The Mayor, Councillor John Scott, launches the spring issue of Borough Life with Chloe Scott Francey.

The next issue of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council’s residents’ magazine ‘Borough Life’ is due to hit the doorsteps next week. The magazine helps keep our residents up to date with life in our Borough as well as the fantastic events and programmes that are coming this spring.

Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor John Scott commented, “Spring is in the air and Borough Life has plenty of information about the activities on offer for everyone.  In this issue we are asking you to help shape the future of your Borough via two very important consultations. One is about the space we live in and what it will look like in the future and the other is about our quality of life and the things that matter to us. I would encourage you all to have your say and take part in the online consultations.”

A survey asking for feedback regarding Waste and Recycling has been distributed to all Antrim and Newtownabbey residents as a supplement in this issue of Borough Life. Customers can also complete the survey online by visiting www.antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk/consultations.  The closing date for all survey entries is Friday 28 April 2017.

The magazine will be delivered to households and businesses across the Borough. If you haven’t received a copy by Monday 27 March, or for further information on receiving the magazine in a different format, please contact the Council’s Communications and PR team on 028 9034 0027. The digital version of the magazine is also available at www.antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk/boroughlife
