Have your say on how we communicate
13 October 2016
Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is continually trying to improve how we communicate with our residents and customers. To help get your views, we are currently carrying out a survey which includes topics such as the website, social media and publications.
Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor John Scott commented, “One of our corporate aims is to ‘communicate clearly with our residents, listen to their feedback and respond to their needs.’ To achieve this we need your help, so I would encourage you to give us your feedback and have your say on how we can improve.”
The survey has been distributed to all Antrim and Newtownabbey residents as a supplement in the October issue of the Council’s residents’ magazine, Borough Life. Customers outside of the Borough can also fill in the survey which can be found at www.antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk/consultations. The closing date for all entries is Monday 7 November 2016.
