Don’t Forget to Pop Down to the Pop Up Parks

Antrim and Newtownabbey Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP) is making sure you brighten up your weekends by inviting you to come along and experience all there is to offer at the amazing ‘Pop Up Parks’ in your local area.  The first weekend of events ran successfully at V36 Park and Lilian Bland Community Park with large numbers of young people learning circus skills, playing cage football and reaching great heights on the climbing wall.

More Pop Up Parks will be taking place at the following locations throughout the Borough:

Friday 4th March – 6-9pm – Randalstown – John Street Car Park

Saturday 5th March - 2-5pm – Greystone, Antrim

Friday 11th March – 6-9pm - Ballyclare Comrades Football Club

Saturday 12th March – 2-5pm - Crumlin Leisure Centre

There are a range of activities at each event perfect for teenagers so, if you are in the area, be sure not to miss out!  The activities include music and prizes from Cool FM, climbing wall, urban sports, circus skills, Bubble Football, Carnival Games, bungee run, Cage Football and more.  At each event you will also be able to take part in a Colour Riot, supported by Antrim and Newtownabbey Good Relations Programme.
