Borough Life Doorsteps this Week!
10 October 2016
The next issue of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council’s residents’ magazine ‘Borough Life’ is due to hit doorsteps this week. The magazine helps keep our residents up to date with life in our Borough as well as the fantastic events and programmes that are coming soon.
Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor John Scott commented, “Now that autumn is well and truly here and Halloween is just around the corner, there are plenty of activities lined up to keep the family entertained over the holidays. This issue contains a special Halloween four page pull-out with all of the events planned and there is sure to be something for everyone. There is also some fantastic theatre performances coming to the Borough including Memories of a Little Tin Box, the ‘Tavaziva’ weekend dance workshop and Brick City. As a Council we are always trying to improve the way we communicate to our residents, so I would encourage you to take part in the survey at the back of this edition and give us your feedback.”
Borough Life is published six times per year, with an ‘Active Life’ feature inside, containing information on what’s on in our Borough to help get you fit and active! The magazine will be delivered to households and businesses across the Borough. If you haven’t received a copy by Monday 24 October, or for further information on receiving the magazine in a different format, please contact the Council’s Communications and PR team on 028 9034 0027.
