Borough Life Doorsteps this Week!

22 August 2016

The next issue of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council’s residents’ magazine ‘Borough Life’ is due to hit doorsteps this week. The magazine helps keep our residents up to date with life in our Borough as well as the fantastic events and programmes that are coming soon.

Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor John Scott commented, “With Recycle Week just around the corner, this issue has lots of tips and information on how you can help improve our fantastic recycling rate of 49% even further. Our Borough has had the privilege of hosting many superb events over the last few months and the upcoming weeks will not disappoint. Shoreline Festival will provide family fun over the August Bank Holiday as well as the Stenaline Triathlon which is the perfect event for those who would like to put their fitness to the test!”

Borough Life is published six times per year, with an ‘Active Life’ feature inside, containing information on what’s on in our Borough to help get you fit and active! The magazine will be delivered to households and businesses across the Borough. If you haven’t received a copy by Monday 5 September, or for further information on receiving the magazine in a different format, please contact the Council’s Communications and PR team on 028 9034 0027. The digital version of the magazine is also available at www.antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk/boroughlife
