Book of Condolence opens for People in Istanbul

Earlier today, Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor John Scott opened Books of Condolence at Antrim Civic Centre and Mossley Mill. The books mark the events which happened last week in Istanbul where at least 44 people were killed and 230 were injured in an attack at the local airport.
Councillor John Scott commented: “These attacks have brought about vast devastation to the people of Istanbul. My thoughts and prayers are with all of those affected by these horrific events.”
The books will be available to sign in the reception areas of Antrim Civic Centre and Mossley Mill from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
