GO-2-TENDER (INTRODUCTION TO
TENDERING FOR MICRO-BUSINESSES)

VENUE: YARN SUITE, MOSSLEY MILL, ANTRIM AND NEWTOWNABBEY BOROUGH COUNCIL OFFICES, CARNMONEY ROAD NORTH, NEWTOWNABBEY.
In partnership with InterTradeIreland and hosted by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, the ‘Introduction to Tendering’ workshop on 4 May 2017 is a free, practical workshop aimed at small businesses who have no or limited tendering experience.
The course aims to:
- Demystify the process of submitting tenders below £25k (and smaller) contracted out by local Councils and other Government bodies
- Provide best practice advice for proposal writing and making submissions
- Highlight case study examples
The workshop is suitable for local micro-businesses and start-ups considering public procurement as a possible future option but, places are limited to 18-20 participants.
The workshop will demonstrate how to find tendering opportunities and how to submit your proposals.
